SALOME is a twenty plus years mature technology that aims to support pre- and post-processing needs for numerical simulations. The platform is extensible and can easily integrate users’ computational codes or modules. The entire project is distributed under the open source LGPL license. SALOME offers many features, including a powerful open source parametric CAD modeller, a multi-algorithm mesh generator/editor, a computational code supervisor, and many data analysis and processing tools.
